Air Squat

On minute one, you’ll do 1 pull-up, 1 push-up, and 1 squat. On minute two, do 2 pull-ups, 2 push-ups, and 2 squats. Once you can’t complete the work in a minute, rest the next minute, then reduce your reps by 2 and continue for the remainder of the EMOM.
