Note: After you finish your last deadlift, you should go immediately into your box jumps. Don’t rest or wait, move right from the deads to the jumps.

One final note:
Summer is here, but it's never too late to get in that last little bit of work before we all start hitting the outside activities.
For anyone who is up for the challenge, if you can find an extra 10 minutes after class, grab a bike and see what you can do. It would be awesome to see an extra 100 cals on the bike before you leave.
