Note: Pick a number that you think you can maintain for the full 10 minutes. If you do not have an idea of what this number may be, go as hard as you can for 20 seconds on your first round. Then try and maintain that number for the rest of the EMOM. Additionally, come round 5, consider going up or down 1-2 burpees if it is either too easy or to challenging.
