Pistol work

Every 7 min for 3 rounds:

1 min of torpedo calf raises (up on second 1, down on 2, keep tempo with the clock)
10 torpedo curtsy lunges
400m sprint
10 TTB
10 burpees

Note: If you finish the work early, you get a longer rest. So sprint through the work. Rounds start at 0, 7, and 14 minutes.
