Partner WOD
100 Russian KB swings (partner holds goblet squat while partner works)
800m
80 KB lunges (partner holds FR KB while partner works)
800m run
60 TTB (partner hangs from bar while partner works)

Switch as often as necessary during the work, but both partners run together

Note: Classes are starting to get a little busier. Please remember to pre-register for class, and then to check-in at the front once you arrive.
