36 min marathon WOD
Teams of 3
3 rounds - 12 min each
One partner bikes while other two work
Goal is to accumulate as many cals on bike as possible

Round 1:
4 min of plank (alternate each minute)
Ring rows

Rounds 2:
4 min of plank (alternate each minute)
Torpedo squats

Rounds 3:
4 min of plank (alternate each minute)
Sit ups

*this last one will be the worst. If you've never tried doing a sit up after completing a plank, you're in for a treat :)
