Note 1) You can split up the work anyway you like, but both partners must run together with 1 med ball. Hand off as needed.
Note 2) In 2 weeks you will see handstand push-ups in a workout. If you can complete some or all, fantastic. If not, hey, that’s ok. That’s why we work on these skills :)
