Russian Twists / V-Ups
Air Squats / Lunges
Torpedo Swings
Wall Balls
Devil’s Trike

Note: We did a lot of these movements this week. And although I am a firm believer of a fitness regiment that is constantly varied, I wanted to do these movements again to build in a motor pattern that would keep us focused on good for as to not have any injuries moving forward. Safety is always a top priority of mine.
