DL ascending ladder (1...2...3...12)
80 alternating burpees (40 each)
Thrusters ascending ladder (1...2...3...12)
80 alternating box jumps (40 each)

*Both partners will do the full ladder from 1-12. Athlete 1 will do 1 rep, then athlete 2 will do 1 rep. Then athlete 1 will do 2 reps, then athlete 2 will do 2 reps. Do this all the way up the ladder.
