FAQS

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

On your first day of class, plan on arriving 10 - 15 minutes before your class starts.  This will allow us time to show you around the facility, sign a waiver, and introduce you to the family and coach on the floor.

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Come in your favorite workout clothes: shorts, sweatpants, or leggings, a light tee or tank, workout shoes, a water bottle if you have one, and don't forget to bring your smile. We'll take care of the rest.

 

WHAT IF I CAN’T DO ALL THE MOVEMENTS?

No problem – all of our movements are designed to be scaled. We recognize that everyone comes in with varying levels of experience and our coaches are ready to help with modifications as needed.
