Please note, if you decide to reactivate your membership within 6 months of your cancellation (and we hope you do) we will honor your original rate. We would consider it an honor to have you back, and in turn, this is the most honorable thing to do.
Additionally, you also have an option to place your membership on hold instead of cancelling entirely. If you would like to put your membership on hold, please send us an email prior to the 15th of the month letting us know when and why you would like to be placed on hold. We can place your account on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.
If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, complete and submit the form below. Please note that all cancellations and account adjustments including holds must be received by the 15th of the month. Any cancellations or changing requests received after the 15th will be effective the end of the following month.
Example 1: A cancellation received on July 12th will be processed to end on July 31st.
Example 2: A cancellation received on July 24th will be processed to end on August 31st.
